Some hacks are clever and successful. Others are neither. The following was just uploaded to my ftp, and the uploader tried to give it the name "index.htm".

And a picture that says the same stuff. Your guess as to what it means and the motive for uploading it, is as good as mine. It didn't work, of course. Anything that's uploaded to my ftp is A) renamed to something else and B) put in a place that isn't accessable from the internet. Mr San3, if that is indeed his name, failed.
I get a lot of attempted hacks via ftp. Usually, people upload a php that would give them control over my server. If they could access it over the internet. And if I was running php. Sometimes the php file is disguised as a jpeg, sometimes it's encoded. I think those are more likely to succeed than just uploading an index.htm file.
But not on my servers.
