  1. Watch that sodium intake. Water weight fluctuations could account for that. (Unless you're sneaking some snacks that you're not disclosing.)

  2. No, I'm not cheating, I do actually want to lose weight, and I do recognise that eating less is the only way, because with my hip being a bit umpty, I can't get out for long walks until it self-repairs.

    I'm not bothered about water weight fluctuations, that's not "real weight", if you see what I mean.
