No, I'm not cheating, I do actually want to lose weight, and I do recognise that eating less is the only way, because with my hip being a bit umpty, I can't get out for long walks until it self-repairs.I'm not bothered about water weight fluctuations, that's not "real weight", if you see what I mean.
