This is something that y...I have plantar fasciitis. This is something that you get when you're overweight (I am) or if you do a lot of walking (like a cacher) or if you have flat feet (I do) or if you've had it before and you do a moderate amount of walking. If I walk more than a few miles, I can get very bad pain in my foot. But if I cycle, it doesn't bring on the plantar fasciitis.
