Another birther

You might recollect the rumour that Obama wasn't born in the USA. It was false, of course, but a leading light in publicising the rumour was Donald Trump.

Now there's a rumour that Trump was born in Pakistan.

This, of course, is also completely unfounded, and it's already been debunked by Snopes.

Did you know that the word "irony" isn't in Websters US dictionary? Or the word "gullible".

  1. Americans can do brassy or steely, and some of the older ones are silvery, but irony is beyond them.

  3. Of course it's not true. Donald J(esus-christ) Trump was born in Moldova, in the region of Transnistria.

In the late 1990s he still had a house there and was heavily involved in Moldovan football. Tony Hawks went to Transnistria while trying to complete his 'Playing the Moldovans at Tennis' bet and met him. He let Tony stay in his mansion and use his tennis court. He was also very keen to go into business with Tony.

True, he isn't mentioned by name in the book 'Playing the Moldovans at Tennis'. (Haven't seen the film, maybe he has a cameo in that?) But just read the book and decide for yourself.

Personally, I can't think of anyone else who better fits the description of the Transnistrian mafia don Tony crowns Arse-hole of the Universe.
