To London today with ladysolly to visit daughter.1 and grandson.1, both of who are in fine fettle, and boyfriend.1 who was in fine fettle until a particularly crusty piece of bread damaged a tooth forcing an expensive dental visit soon.
I ate too much, of course. Ladysolly's eye is much improved today, and we're hoping that it will return to normal soon.
Hobbyking agreed that one of the batteries that they sent me is faulty, and have offered a replacement. Hurrah! And they don't want the old one back, which will mean that I can, very carefully, dismantle it and see how they are constructed.
British Rail have a notice up in Marylebone - all train services are delayed because of the Wrong Sort of Leaves on the line. That wasn't quite how they put it, but that's what it sounded like.
